Start the start of the Covid-19 Circuit Breaker in Singapore, many RES have been forced to find new ways to operate. During those times, BSA has found a way to continue business and training as usual - by taking our show on the road, quite literally.
We set up the BSA Virtual Studio - a full production, live streaming platform that I use to reach out to my BSA team members. The idea for it came about because I wanted to find a way to continue working despite the restrictions on movement. We can't just stop working or learning because there's a pandemic, we have to find a way to work around it.
The virtual studio has been a game-changer for BSA, as we can now hold virtual meetings and even give virtual seminars for everyone to learn - all from the comfort of their own home or even when they are on-the-go.
We were also interviewed by Channel News Asia (CNA) about going digital, and about our innovative setup which has helped me stay connected with my team and continue providing them with valuable information and upgrading support.
