Bobby currently conducts trainings for Life Mastery Academy, Real Estate Salespersons Course (RES) and Continous Professional Development Program (CPD), Propnex International (Project Elite), Powerful Negotiators Group (Handing Customer Service) and Propnex Realty Pte Ltd (RESP).
Bobby has received numerous awards since he joined the real estate industry including the Top Sales Producer award, IEA Platinum award and Top Team Leaders Award. As a top recruiter in Propnex in 2009, he has represented Propnex in attending the prestigious National Association of Realtors Convention (NAR) 2009 at Seattle, USA. That event helped Bobby gain great insight into the aspects of professionalism for sales personnel.
Bobby has helped many new, as well as experienced agents to achieve breakthroughs in their personal benchmarks and advance to higher levels. This passion to train has earned him recognition as a “Break-through Guru”. Having been a champion Team Leader in Propnex since 2008, he has continually enhanced his skills in people management and his sales training methodology through his interaction with people from all walks of life.
In 2010, Bobby was invited by iProperty to speak on the topic - Strategies to maintain your morale and ways to plan correctly so you can excel - at the 2010 iProperty seminar at Marina Bay Sands. The session received overwhelming response and many new and experienced agents later shared that his sharing had changed their perspective of their business.
Bobby holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Development and has also served 17 years with the Singapore First Commando Battalion unit. With his experiences gained through education and his stint in the army, he has developed the persistence and determination to achieve his goals, and has strived to operate his business in a simple yet organized manner.
